Cancellation fees are applicable in order for us to recoupe costs and
loss of bookings. A $30 fee for cancellations more than 30 days prior to
stay date.
Loss of 1 nights stay for cancellations 30 days or less prior to stay date.
If booked and cancelled on the same day then there are no cancellation fees.
